Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to
shipping" button. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours using [your shipping provider i.e. USPS
Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days]. Flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies to orders shipping to. Optional: We do not ship outside of the US at this time.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at thirdreefers@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
